One cold night in Boston, December of 1773 something bizarre was going on. Some Americans dressed up as Mohawk Indians. This group of men were the Sons of Liberty.

 What did these people do may ask? They boarded a British ship that was full of chest of tea. They broke the chest open and dumped the chest and tea into the Boston Harbor. 10,000 pounds of tea and 342 chests floated in the Boston Harbor. This famous event was known as the Boston Tea Party,
